1. Fill out the form below. This is the official team roster. Final team roster must be submitted to RGVSSC by the start of the first game. No changes will be allowed after that point (Check the Game Schedules for dates).
2. An email will be sent to your email address to confirm that the registration has been received. Please note that registration is not final until team roster has been approved and payment has been received by RGVSSC.
3. Liability waiver must be signed by all members of the team prior to the start of the first game. The waiver can be found under “Forms and Documents” under the Kickball page. You will be allowed to turn in the waiver to RGVSSC staff at the first game of the season.
4. Once your Team Roster, Waiver Form, and payment are received, an email will be sent to your email address confirming your registration.
5. Full payment must be submitted prior to the start of game one. A team is not officially registered until full payment is received. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
LEAGUEÂ FEE:
$325.00 for a team of up to 9 players
$35 for individual players
League fee includes all equipment, an RGVSSC t-shirt (required to be worn by each player at every game and after game sponosored venue) for each participant, officials, as well as food & drink specials at sponsored bar following each game.
