1. Fill out the form below if you are registering as an individual looking to be placed on a team. If you know which team you will liked to be placed on please fill in the “Team Name” field below. If you are registering and would like to be on the same team as a friend or a small group please reference that persons name in the “Team Captain” field below.
2. An email will be sent to your email address to confirm that the registration has been received. Please note that registration is not final until team roster has been approved and payment has been received by RGVSSC.
3. Liability waiver must be signed by all members of the team prior to the start of the first game. The waiver can be found under “Forms and Documents” on the Bowling page. You will be allowed to turn in the waiver to RGVSSC staff at the first game of the season.
4. Once your Team Roster, Waiver Form, and payment are received, an email will be sent to your email address confirming your registration.
